Getting started

This starter is built to take a product from "sign in works" to "a customer can pay you" without replacing the foundation halfway through.

What is included

• Email/password and Google sign-in, plus API keys for extensions.
• Stripe, Creem, and Waffo checkout with a single provider switch.
• A credits ledger with idempotent grants and metered AI calls.
• An admin console for users, payments, usage, and runtime setup.

Configure without rebuilding

Credentials and plan price IDs live in runtime config. Open the admin setup or payment center, paste a key, and the next checkout uses it. Environment variables remain as a fallback for fresh deployments.
