Refund Policy

We want you to be confident before you pay. If something is wrong, contact support and we will make it right.

Subscriptions

Subscription payments are refundable within 14 days of the initial charge when the plan has not been substantially used. Renewal charges can be refunded when requested before the next billing period. Cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided the associated credits have not been substantially consumed.

Credits

Consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credits purchased by mistake can be refunded within 14 days.

How to request

Email support with the account email and the payment reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
